How to enjoy a snowstorm (and the week in review)

Happy Saturday to all of you.

Here in Michigan we are expecting a major snowstorm, especially here on the lakeshore.

But we love it when we’re snowed in.  We missed it last year. There was a massive snow accumulation in February with blizzard conditions but we were in Florida and missed the whole thing.

So while we don’t want dangerous conditions for anyone that has to drive in it, we intend to make the most of it should it occur.

By the way, while I was looking for a image I found this post I think you might enjoy in case you are snowed in.

While I’ll be doing  if I’m housebound is try to figure out how to use Google docs on all my devices. (Hey, can anyone help?)

Plus, I’m coming up with some goals for next year. Already have a few. Most I will share with you in the next week or so.

Anyway, in case you missed anything last week:

Monday was a post about encouraging us to feel good about our lives.

Tuesday was about how to feel good about your life even when things are bad.

Wednesday was about how to avoid feeling entitled.

Thursday’s post was about our busyness.

I don’t know what happened Friday. Had it all set to go, hit publish, but I think that little screen that comes up about some editing issues came up and I was already out of the room. So that will be next week.

Ordinarily I would have caught up but yesterday was busy and we went to see Star Wars last night. Loved it. Sure were some surprises.

Anyway, I hope your week was good.

God bless and I hope you have a good day.

PS.  I am trying to do a re-cap every Sat. but I’m sure I’ll mess up now and then. It’s called “life”.

  1. I love a good snowstorm – until I have to go somewhere. Over here on the other side of Lake Michigan, we do get lake-affect snow, as I live right on the lake in Wisconsin, where sometimes we can get some real whoppers!
