DIY/outdated copper piece “glammed up”

This was formerly one of those big copper trays. I gave it to a friend to  use but she gave it back to me after a few years. I almost got rid of it till I thought, “Hey, paint it.” So I did. But then it looked a little too flat. So I “glammed” it up with some spray glitter paint.

I had purchased an “&” out of mirror tiles. I glued that to the middle of the tray. I really, really, like it now. Hmmm, did I say really?

Plus, the word “and” reminds me that there is always an “and”, meaning there is always more. It’s kind of like the word “but” in that it reminds me that often there is another explanation for something, another reason I don’t know about it, an “and” or a “but” that were I to know, would explain everything.

So enjoy my newest “diy”.
