My unusually painted chair.

We are remodeling our basement. Not an expensive remodel and except for the ceiling, we’ve done it all ourselves. Even at that it cost enough.

I needed a new chair for a table in the basement. I decided to use an old farm chair I’ve had for ages.

This picture shows the legs I painted metallic gold

Then I painted the rest of the chair Gray Granite.

Then I decided to get crazy. It was chilly in the garage so I decided to kind of edge the seat with some splotches of gold. I got really close to the seat of the chair and spray painted the gold so it moved the gray paint from the force of the spray.

Here’s the final result:

I think it turned out pretty darn cute and certainly unique. I love spray painting. Can you tell?
